It was our first doggie run and the experience was really fun. It was nice seeing different breeds of dogs, lots of them, all at the same time.

I was almost tempted to run fast since Piolo looked overly excited and kept on pulling me but I decided to shoot and run in between.

I was happy how Piolo behaved and performed during the run. He was unleashed most of the time and was just following me.

There were a lot of really cute dogs. I was also looking at the large breeds, I hope I can own one in the future.

Fuerza Bruta is a postmodern theatre show which originated from Buenos Aires, Argentina in 2005. The 360-degree interactive theatrical fuses theater, performance art, aerial and other stunts, all in a club environment. It’s a very unconventional production that actually encourages the audience to dance, spin, shout and even help the cast smash things.
The show features a man running on a treadmill, crashing through walls,

performers suspended in mid-air tumbling, running and gliding,

people dancing and trashing the place,

dancers performing on a clear overhead pool

and a dj playing techo and dance music.

A really bizarre show that will astound your senses.

Now on its third week, Fuerza Bruta will be running until March 26, 2012 at the Manila Hotel Tent. Show schedules are 8PM Monday to Thursday and 8PM and 11PM Friday and Saturday. Tickets are at Php 2,500 (Mon-Thu) and Php3,000 (Fri-Sat).

This is my first try on capturing fireworks. I was supposed to select a few good shots to post but I’m just too fascinated with all the different colors so I posted them all. I used a tripod but I did not have a remote shutter. I just played around with the shutter speed, sometimes using the bulb settings and triggering it manually. Lessons learned, bring a remote when capturing fireworks. C&C’s are welcome. Hope to hear from the experienced fireworks photographers. :)

BTW, I suggest you go to the mall early as traffic may get worse at times. Also, don’t forget to bring an umbrella just in case. And if you’re planning on taking photographs, I suggest you buy the VIP tickets instead of the GOLD, the Php 200 peso upgrade is worth it. There was a lot of room in the VIP area while the GOLD was crowded when we went there.
