MMDA earlier posted on their Facebook page some very useful information about MMDA’s general rule on confiscation of driver’s license. I posted an almost similar document which was emailed to me sometime ago but this time, the rules are actually from MMDA so better to have this printed and stored in your glove compartment in case some MMDA enforcer tags you for a (traffic) violation.
