Jovit Baldivino became the first Pilipinas Got Talent grand prize winner, bagging home 2 Million pesos.
Earlier during the show, they showed the official tally and a single contestant had 40%+ of the vote. Later, they announced the top three and surprisingly, Jovit was the only solo act to grab the top spot.
Although it was clear that Jovit was the crowd favorite, it was still hard to tell whether he will bag the grand prize, with the Velasco Brothers and Baguio Metamorphosis sharing the top 3 spots with him.
After a few minutes of excitement, the grand winner was announced and Jovit Baldivino it is!
