Greyson Chance
Another overnight YouTube sensation.
Greyson Michael Chance is a 12-year old singer and pianist from Edmond, Oklahoma who’s gained overnight popularity when he uploaded a video of himself in YouTube doing a cover of Lady Gaga‘s song “Paparazzi” during a sixth grade performance/talent show.
Just two weeks after he uploaded the (viral) video, it had already reached more than 11 million views and he had already appeared in the Ellen DeGeneres Show.
I have already seen his ‘Papparazzi’ video a lot of times in YouTube and social networking sites and I must say that he’s really got an amazing vocals and talent.
Surprisingly during the interview with Ellen, he said that though he had piano lesson for three years, he never had a vocal lesson.
Greyson also write songs and two of the songs he wrote are also on YouTube. He also cited Lady Gaga as his number one inspiration.
So, you think he’s the next Justin Bieber? If you could remember, Bieber was also discovered in YouTube.
