‘passed by a new store in Greenbelt 3 that sells a wide variety of sports apparel – sports tees, jackets, jerseys, bags, etc., footwear/sneakers and stuffs alike. It’s a really spacious store and they have lots of brands on display like Zoo York, DC Shoes, Vans, Ecko, Lionsdale, K-Swiss, Gola, Nike, Adidas, Reebok, And1, etc.
Urban Athletics is located at the 2nd floor of Greenbelt 3, just north of Bubba Gump.

i would like to comment about what i saw yesterday at your store in greenbelt 3 urban athletics. i saw two of your staff kissing each other while in the selling area.

gud day…i would like to comment about i experience last week…..im looking for a adidas shoes at your store.One of your staff,didnt assist me in what im looking for..you staff is very arrogant to me,they even didnt smile and greet.

Your employee namely LEO,is a very arrogant,impolite to me,when i was there last weekend to buy shoes…they didnt even assist me in what im looking for,they just chatting in his co -worker…im so disappointed to your staff.
I hope when im back in your store,he should not there…cause he is employee that im must suppose to entertain me.

to all those who commented here whom had a bad experience with URBAN ATHLETICS, my apology for my staff behavior.I will investigate on this most especially to those who are kissing in selling area. Yes, it was an unethical thing to do to think they are on duty that time. @shyne, I will talk to leo for him to know that every customer like you should be treated well.

i would like to complain about the manager of this store.the manager doesnt know how to accomodate their customers.i went to this store several times thinking that i will be assisted with grace, unfortunately the manager herself is not accomodating at all.i was not able to get her name but the store possesses a very bad customer service.she doesnt deserve to be a manager at all.this should be dealt with the higher management.
