Optimum Solutions is a leading IT Consultancy company headquartered in Singapore with operations in Manila, 2 key cities in India, US and Shanghai.

Our client, one of the world’s leading investment bank, is looking to increase their IT strength in Singapore. The client intends to be in Manila around the beginning of Feb. to interview the shortlisted candidates.
Mentioned below are the technologies for which the client will be interviewing.
1. 1. C# – Winforms, ASP.Net/VB.Net
2. QA Software Tester – Manual/Automation
3. 3. Java – J2ee, Core Java

We have multiple openings in each of these technologies and there are a total of about 50 roles at different levels of seniority.
Applicants should have the following minimum criteria:
- excellent communication skills
- at least 3 years of relevant experience
- Banking experience preferred.

All the roles are based in Singapore and of a permanent nature (not contract).
As mandated by the client, below is the selection process for short-listing the candidates:

Selection process:
Stage 1 – As a part of the selection process, all potential candidates will have to undergo a technical written test followed by a preliminary interview. Upon clearing the written test and the interview, your profile will be forwarded to the client for short listing.
Stage 2 – Client will visit Manila around the beginning of Feb. to interview the shortlisted candidates
Stage 3 – Offers will be made to the successful candidates within a week of the interview.

Key points:
- Bring HARD COPY of your resume.
- Prepare to take an objective type, skill based test that will probably take between 40 min – 1 hr to complete. This will be followed with a personal interview. Test and interview process will take half day.
